Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large can tuna
  • 1/2 pkg. green peas
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar drained cocktail onion
  • 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. each: garlic salt and curry powder
  • 1 tsp. and 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. crispy chow mein noodles
  • 1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds

Directions

    Combine tuna, peas, celery and onions.

    Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry powder and garlic salt.

    Chill.

    Add noodles to tuna mixture.

    Add mayonnaise mixture and toss. Sprinkle almonds on top.

    If desired, add sliced water chestnuts.
