Ingredients
- 1 large can tuna
- 1/2 pkg. green peas
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar drained cocktail onion
- 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. each: garlic salt and curry powder
- 1 tsp. and 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. crispy chow mein noodles
- 1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
Directions

1Combine tuna, peas, celery and onions.

2Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry powder and garlic salt.

3Chill.

4Add noodles to tuna mixture.

5Add mayonnaise mixture and toss. Sprinkle almonds on top.

6If desired, add sliced water chestnuts.
