Tuna Salad

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 can Albacore tuna
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 to 3 eggs
  • Manzanillo olives
  • olive oil to taste*

Directions

    Cut about 6 potatoes (medium size) into fourths and boil until soft.

    Boil eggs with potatoes.
  3. 3
    Place potatoes in serving dish.

    Spread tuna on top of potatoes.

    Slice eggs and place on top of tuna.

    Cut tomatoes in fourths and place on top of eggs. Put olives over tomatoes (amount you desire).

    Dice parsley and sprinkle over the entire salad.

    Pour olive oil over salad to your liking.
