- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 (7 oz.) cans solid pack tuna, undrained
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Directions

1In large bowl, beat eggs with fork, then add rice, onions and undrained tuna.

2Mix well.

3Add melted butter to tuna along with crumbs and thyme.

4Mix well.

5Spread mixture in round casserole dish and bake for approximately 15 minutes at 300°.
