- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 1/2 c. chopped strawberries
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix rest of ingredients together, then add to dry mix, blending well. Pour batter into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
