Peach Salad

  • 2 small pkg. peach jello
  • 1 medium size Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 large can sliced peaches, drain but save juice
  • 2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Prepare jello with 2 cups boiling water and liquid from peaches.

    Refrigerate until partially gelled.

    Beat cream cheese and Cool Whip together with mixer until well blended.

    Then beat into jello.

    Cut peaches into small pieces and stir (do not beat) into mixture.

    Then pour into molds or large Pyrex rectangular dish.
