Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. raw (not thin) spaghetti or fettucini, broken in 2-inch pieces
- 3 to 4 c. cooked ham, chicken or turkey
- 1/2 c. diced canned pimento
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 3/4 c. turkey or chicken broth or water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti; drain and rinse well.

2Add rest of ingredients.

3Mix lightly with fork.

4Place in 3-quart casserole; add or sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over mixture.

5Refrigerate at least 1 hour before baking or fix the day before.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until mixture starts to bubble.

7Bake uncovered.
