Turkey Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped (frozen)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. cooked turkey pieces
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook and drain broccoli.

2Place in an 8 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish.

3Sprinkle with lemon juice.

4In saucepan, melt the 2 tablespoons butter.

5Blend in flour and salt.

6Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

7Remove from heat.

8Stir in Swiss cheese until melted.

9Stir in turkey.

10Pour over broccoli. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan and melted 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle over top.

11Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
