- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 8 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 1/2 c. cooked pinto beans
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- cooked rice (optional)
- corn (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground turkey.

2Add salsa and ketchup; set aside.

3Warm tortillas.

4On each tortilla layer turkey mixture, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes.

5Roll up and serve.

6You may add rice and corn to the meat mixture or serve as a side dish.
