  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise type salad dressing
  • 1 rounded tsp. curry powder
  • 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 2 c. cooked, chopped turkey
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine soup, salad dressing, curry powder, mushrooms and lemon juice in bowl.

    Mix well.

    Add broccoli and turkey and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
