- 4 slices of brioche or white bread
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 1/2 pound sliced turkey
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup left-over cranberry sauce
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spread 2 slices of bread with the mayonnaise.

2Spread the other two slices with the mustard.

3Place one slice of the cheese on top of the mayonnaise.

4Divide the turkey in half and place on top of the turkey.

5Lay the remaining 2 slices of cheese on top of each pile of turkey.

6Place the remaining slices of bread on top of the cheese.

7In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.

8Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture.

9In a skillet, melt the butter.

10Place the sandwiches in the pan and pan-fry until golden.

11Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and place in the oven.

12Cook until the cheese melts.

13Remove from the oven.

14Slice in half and serve with the left-over cranberry sauce.
