- 12 oz. ground turkey
- 1/2 c. sliced white part scallions
- 2 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen lima beans
- 1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. water
- sliced scallion greens
Directions

1Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

2Add turkey and white part of scallions.

3Cook 2 to 3 minutes until turkey is no longer pink, breaking up clumps with a spoon.

4Stir in tomatoes, lima beans, corn and water.

5Simmer 15 to 17 minutes to develop flavor.

6Sprinkle with sliced scallion greens.

7Makes 4 servings.
