- 1 12 cups turkey, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 2 cups potatoes
- 10 ounces lima beans
- 1 cup water
- 2 12 ounces tomatoes, crushed
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup, canned
- 12 teaspoon garlic
- 1 dash salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 pinches cheddar cheese, or
- 2 pinches swiss cheese
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Add onions and celery, and cook until soft.

3Add potatoes, limas, and water.

4Cover and cook 20 minutes until tender.

5Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.

6Add cheddar or swiss cheese to each bowl.

7NOTE: Turkey must already be cooked.

8Potatoes should be cubed or frozen hash browns may be used.

9Freezes well.
