Turkey Corn Casserole

  • 2 1/2 c. corkscrew pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cooked turkey

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish combine the pasta and 2/3 cup shredded cheese.

    In medium bowl combine soup, sour cream, chili powder, garlic powder, corn, green onions and turkey.

    Spread evenly over pasta mixture.

    Bake for 30 minutes.

    Top with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
