- roast turkey drippings
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken broth or 2 cups water
- salt & pepper
Directions

1After turkey has been roast, pour juices from turkey into a large measuring cup.

2Skim off all fat, reserving a 1/4 cup of it.

3Discard rest of fat.

4Pour fat into a medium sized saucepan.

5Stir in 1/4 cup flour.

6In measuring cup, add enough water or chicken broth to equal 2 cups.

7Turn stovetop to medium heat and slowly pour in juices/water or chicken broth mixture.

8Stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

9Salt& pepper to taste.
