- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- 1/2 c. stock
- 1/2 c. thin cream
- 2 c. minced, cooked turkey
Directions

1Melt butter. Add onion and green pepper.

2Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

3Stir in flour, salt and black pepper.

4When well blended, slowly add stock made from turkey bones.

5Add cream, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.

6Stir in turkey and heat.
