- 8 oz. ground turkey
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. frozen hash browns with no fat, thawed
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1/2 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions

1In medium nonstick skillet, cook the turkey and onions over medium heat about 5 minutes or until the turkey is no longer pink and the onions are tender.

2Stir occasionally.

3Add the potatoes. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Stir in the cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, sage, thyme and pepper.
