- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 c. diced cooked turkey
- 2 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat oil in saucepan on medium heat.

2Add mushrooms and onions.

3Saute about 5 minutes.

4Combine potatoes, parsley, salt and pepper.

5Stir in evaporated milk.

6Reduce heat to low.

7Heat mixture thoroughly (about 5 minutes).
