- 4 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

2Cook turkey, onions and garlic until meat is brown; drain fat.

3Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil and oregano.

4Bring to boil; reduce heat.

5Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

6Stir in mushrooms.
