  • 4 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

    Cook turkey, onions and garlic until meat is brown; drain fat.

    Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil and oregano.

    Bring to boil; reduce heat.

    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

    Stir in mushrooms.
