  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 lb. ground white meat turkey
  • 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lite salt (optional)
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. red cooking wine (optional)
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 12 or 16 oz. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 2 Egg Beaters, beaten
  • 16 oz. nonfat Alpine Lace Mozzarella
