- 1 lb. boneless, skinless turkey breast
- 1/2 small chopped onion
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. oil
Directions

1In food processor, combine turkey, onion, egg white, tomato paste and seasonings.

2Process until turkey is ground.

3Place flour on a piece of wax paper.

4Roll sausages lightly in it after link sausages are formed.

5To form link sausages, wet hands and form mixture into 8 link shaped sausages, use 1/4 cup for each.

6Heat oil in large nonstick frying pan over medium heat.

7Add links and sizzle until brownish on all sides and cooked throughout, about 8 minutes.

8Makes 4 servings.
