  • 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Stove Top seasoning
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 c. Stove Top dressing
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Mix together ground turkey, egg, Stove Top seasoning, onion and Stove Top dressing.

    Make small meat balls.

    Brown slowly in butter.

    Drain.

    Add flour to drippings.

    Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add milk and water.

    Cook and stir slowly until gravy is smooth.

    Add meatballs to gravy.

    Simmer 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
