- 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Stove Top seasoning
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. Stove Top dressing
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Mix together ground turkey, egg, Stove Top seasoning, onion and Stove Top dressing.

2Make small meat balls.

3Brown slowly in butter.

4Drain.

5Add flour to drippings.

6Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add milk and water.

7Cook and stir slowly until gravy is smooth.

8Add meatballs to gravy.

9Simmer 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
