Turkey Meatballs

- 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 oz. shelled chopped pistachio nuts
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
Directions

1Place turkey in bowl.

2Chop garlic, then onion in food processor and add to turkey.

3Add nuts, cheese, salt and egg whites.

4Mix well and shape into balls.

5Put oil in large skillet. Heat oil for 2 to 3 minutes, then cook meatballs.

6Serve with yogurt as sauce or may bake meatballs in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
