Ingredients
- 1 12 cups onions
- 12 green pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 13 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 eggs
- 3 lbs turkey
- 2 rolls
Directions

1Put onion, pepper and garlic in food processor, mince.

2Then saute in olive oil, adding thyme, parsley and tomatoes.

3Saute until soft.

4Add worcestershire, chicken broth and ketchup.

5Saute 2 more minutes.

6Take off heat and allow to cool.

7Mix eggs, add in ground turkey, crumbled rolls and veggie mixture.

8Nows the time to add anything else too.

9Mix gently with hands.

10Divide and shape into 4 loaves.

11Spread ketchup on top.

12Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
