Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups onions
  • 12 green pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 13 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 lbs turkey
  • 2 rolls

Directions

    Put onion, pepper and garlic in food processor, mince.

    Then saute in olive oil, adding thyme, parsley and tomatoes.

    Saute until soft.

    Add worcestershire, chicken broth and ketchup.

    Saute 2 more minutes.

    Take off heat and allow to cool.

    Mix eggs, add in ground turkey, crumbled rolls and veggie mixture.

    Nows the time to add anything else too.

    Mix gently with hands.

    Divide and shape into 4 loaves.
