  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
  • 1 c. bean sprouts, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Saute mushrooms, celery and onions in oil in a large skillet until onion is tender.

    Add turkey, tomato sauce, bean sprouts and soy sauce.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Blend water and cornstarch.

    Add to skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.

    Makes 4 servings.
