Turkey Oven Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 pita breads (6-inches in diameter), cut in halves
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- paprika (if desired)
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Cook and stir ground turkey, margarine and poultry seasoning in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until turkey is done.

3Drain.

4Place pita breads on bottom and about halfway up sides of ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch (they will overlap slightly in middle).

5Layer turkey, tomato and celery in pitas.

6Mix remaining ingredients except paprika.

7Spoon over top. Sprinkle with paprika.

8Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until topping is light brown.
