- 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. cooked turkey chunks
- 3/4 c. cooked peas
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine 1 1/4 cups stuffing mix with 1/4 cup butter in bowl, mixing well.

2Press into bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate. Blend soup and milk in saucepan over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly.

3Add turkey, peas and pepper, mixing well. Spoon into stuffing shell.

4Roll 3/4 cup stuffing into fine crumbs.

5Combine with 1/4 cup butter, mixing well.

6Spoon around rim of pie plate in border.

7Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until browned and bubbly.

8Makes 6 servings, about 335 calories each.
