Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 c. diced potatoes
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 3/4 c. turkey or chicken broth
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. cut up turkey or chicken
Directions

1Rinse peas and carrots under cold water and drain.

2Melt margarine in a 2-quart saucepan and stir in the flour, onion, salt and pepper.

3Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in broth and milk.

4Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

5Boil 1 minute.

6Stir in meat and vegetables. Remove from heat.
