Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. tomato sauce
  • 2 slices crumbled diet bread
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 9 oz. box thawed chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Combine all except broccoli and cheese (save part of tomato sauce for top).

    On sheet of foil, pat meat mixture to 12 x 8-inch rectangle.

    Sprinkle broccoli and cheese over meat and roll up. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, wrapped in foil.

    Open and top with sauce.

    Brown in oven.
