- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1/4 cup each finely chopped carrots and red peppers
- 4 turkey cutlets (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Prepare stuffing as directed on package, adding vegetables to water with the stuffing mix.

3Spread stuffing mixture onto turkey, just to within 1/4 inch of edges.

4Roll up each cutlet; tie with kitchen string to secure.

5Dip in egg then in coating mix, tunring to evenly coat each roll-up.

6Place on baking sheet.

7Bake 25 to 30 min.

8or until done (170F).

9Remove string before serving.
