  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1/4 cup each finely chopped carrots and red peppers
  • 4 turkey cutlets (1 lb./450 g)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix

Directions

    Heat oven to 400F.

    Prepare stuffing as directed on package, adding vegetables to water with the stuffing mix.

    Spread stuffing mixture onto turkey, just to within 1/4 inch of edges.

    Roll up each cutlet; tie with kitchen string to secure.

    Dip in egg then in coating mix, tunring to evenly coat each roll-up.

    Place on baking sheet.

    Bake 25 to 30 min.

    or until done (170F).

    Remove string before serving.
