- 1 stalk celery, chopped (including leaves)
- juice of 1 large lemon
- salt
- pepper
- 1 qt. mayonnaise
Directions

1Bake turkey breast at 350° in a covered roaster (water in the bottom).

3Cut in chunks.

4Mix turkey breast, celery, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
