Ingredients

  • turkey breast (6 1/2 lb.), baked and cut into chunks
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped (including leaves)
  • juice of 1 large lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 qt. mayonnaise

Directions

    Bake turkey breast at 350° in a covered roaster (water in the bottom).

    Cool.

    Cut in chunks.

    Mix turkey breast, celery, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

    Refrigerate overnight.
