  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, drained and chopped
  • 2 c. chopped spinach
  • 5 oz. cooked turkey, cut 1/2-inch strip
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. low calorie Italian dressing
  • 1/4 c. prepared mustard

    Combine tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, turkey, eggs and green onion in a large bowl.

    Combine Italian dressing and mustard, stirring until blended.
