  • 2 c. diced turkey breast, cooked
  • 2 stalks celery, cut up
  • 2/3 c. water chestnuts (optional)
  • 3 green onions, cut up
  • 2 red potatoes, cooked and cut up
  • 1 c. low-fat yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp. dill weed

Directions

    Lightly mix the turkey, celery, chestnuts, onions, potatoes, parsley and dill.

    Add yogurt and mix.

    Add pepper to taste.

    Chill and serve.
