- 2 c. diced turkey breast, cooked
- 2 stalks celery, cut up
- 2/3 c. water chestnuts (optional)
- 3 green onions, cut up
- 2 red potatoes, cooked and cut up
- 1 c. low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. dill weed
Directions

1Lightly mix the turkey, celery, chestnuts, onions, potatoes, parsley and dill.

2Add yogurt and mix.

3Add pepper to taste.
