- 2 c. potatoes, cubed
- 1 c. carrots, diced
- 2 c. turkey meat
- 1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
- 10 oz. lima beans
- 1 c. uncooked noodles
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Add vegetables to broth and cook until nearly soft.

2Add noodles and cook 10 more minutes.

3Add meat; heat and serve.

4If desired, you may add milk or cream of mushroom soup.
