  • 3/4 pound turkey breast ground
  • 1 medium onions sliced
  • 3 each garlic cloves minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 12 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups milk, skim
  • 13 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules

Directions

    Saute ground turkey with onion and garlic.

    Add paprika, dill weed and mushrooms.

    Mix milk, flour, and boullion.

    add to meat mixture.

    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes untill mushrooms and onion are cooked and mixture is thickened.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Stir frequently.

    just before serving, stir
