- 16 oz. cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. margarine, divided
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. each: celery and onion
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Prepare stuffing using 1 cup water, 1/2 cup margarine and bouillon.

2Saute onions and celery in 1/2 cup butter.

3Brown sausage and add with drippings, pecans and eggs.

4Mix well.

5Brown lightly before serving.
