  • 16 oz. cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. margarine, divided
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 c. each: celery and onion
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Prepare stuffing using 1 cup water, 1/2 cup margarine and bouillon.

    Saute onions and celery in 1/2 cup butter.

    Brown sausage and add with drippings, pecans and eggs.

    Mix well.

    Brown lightly before serving.
