  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked turkey, cut fine
  • 1/2 c. sliced onions
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Layer in pie shell the turkey, onions and Swiss cheese.

    Mix together eggs, mayonnaise and milk.

    Pour slowly over turkey mixture in pie shell; bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cooking time is approximately 50 minutes in a 350° oven.
