- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 lb. canned tomatoes
- 1 lb. canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- corn tortillas
- shredded lettuce
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground turkey in nonstick skillet.

2Drain meat, then stir in onion, garlic, tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder and ground cumin.

3Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

4Remove cover during the last 5 minutes so liquid can evaporate.

5Fill warmed tortillas with 1/3 cup filling.

6Top with shredded lettuce and 1 tablespoon grated Cheddar.
