  • 4 slice firm white bread
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can chunk light tuna in oil
  • 1/4 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 6 flat anchovy fillets
  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 lb. cooked, chilled and sliced turkey breast
  • Lemon slices
  • for garnish
  • Parsley

Directions

    Put sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

    Arrange turkey on serving platter.

    Spoon on some sauce and garnish with lemon, capers and parsley.

    Serve with remaining sauce.
