  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 lb. boneless white meat turkey, cut in strips
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1 medium red pepper (1-inch pieces)
  • 1 medium green pepper (1-inch pieces)
  • 4 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces

    In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch.

    Add turkey and coat in mixture.

    In large skillet, heat oil and cook garlic and turkey mixture over high heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.

    Stir in peppers and onions. Cook over medium-high, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
