Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 None onions, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 12 pieces chicken
- 2 tbsp ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 None lemons, juiced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 4 None chilies, sliced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- None None steamed green beans, to serve
- None None naan bread, to serve
Directions

1Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Saute onions and garlic for 2-3 mins, until tender. Remove from pan and set aside.

2Combine turmeric and flour. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour then saute for 4-5 mins, until all sides are golden.

3Return onion mixture to pan. Add stock and lemon juice. Stir in ginger, chilies and brown sugar. Season to taste. Simmer, covered, for 25-30 mins, until chicken is tender. Serve with steamed beans and naan bread.
