- 2 lb. turnips
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Peel and slice turnips and onion.

2Cook with sugar until tender, drain and mix in remaining ingredients.

3Place in buttered casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter.

4Bake in moderate oven until knife inserted between edge and center comes out clean or about 50 minutes.

5Serve immediately.
