- 3 lbs. Shrimp
- Rosemary sprigs, slightly bruised
- 6 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. Olive Oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions

1Remove legs from shrimp, but do not peel.

2Cut several lengthwise slits along inner curve of each shrimp and insert a few small sprigs of rosemary.

3In a large bowl whisk together garlic, oil and lemon juice.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Toss shrimp in marinade, coating well.

6Add more rosemary sprigs and lemon slices.

7Marinate one to two hours.

8Drain shrimp and place on grill.

9Grill 3 min. on each side or until opaque.
