- 2 lb. turnips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 whole eggs, well beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- cracker crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook first three ingredients together until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Add next four ingredients; stir together and place in buttered casserole.

4Top with cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until firm.
