- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. margarine, softened
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
Directions

1Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in top of double boiler; set aside.

2Mix 2/3 cup evaporated milk and softened margarine in cake mix.

3Pour half into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

4Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
