  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 pkg. caramels
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans

    Mix ingredients.

    Pour 1/2 of batter into greased 9 x 12-inch pan; bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Melt caramels, milk and pecans.

    Spread over cake, then pour rest of cake batter on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
