Turtle Cake

Directions

   Mix cake mix.

   Take 2 cups of mixture and pour into greased and floured cake pan.

   Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

   Melt caramels, oleo and Pet milk in double boiler.

   Pour over partially baked cake mix and then add chocolate chips and chopped nuts.

   Pour rest of cake batter over all of this.

   Bake for about 20 minutes or until done.

   Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.
