  • 14 oz. bag caramels
  • 1/2 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 can chocolate frosting
  • pecans to top

Directions

    Mix German chocolate cake as directed on package.

    Put 1/2 mixture into 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°. (Butter and sugar cake pan and the crust won't be dry.)
