- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- chocolate candy coating
- 1 lb. margarine or butter
- 1 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 lb. chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except chocolate in large pan.

2Cook to soft ball stage (230°).

3Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Put into refrigerator to cool.

4When firm, cover both sides lightly with melted chocolate.
