  • 1/3 cup chopped shallots
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 14 oz can dice tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 Tbs fresh basil
  • 3 Tbs butter
  • 4 large skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut horizontally in half
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 tsp capers
  • ASIAN SAUCE
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds toasted
  • 1/4 c peanut oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbs rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbs mirin
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
