  • Ice
  • 3 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce Scotch, preferably Islay
  • 1 lemon twist

Directions

    Rinse a chilled martini glass with the Pernod, then pour it out.

    Fill a pint glass with ice.

    Add the gin, vermouth and Scotch.

    Stir well and strain into the prepared martini glass.
